Who is Eligible?

Brooklyn Residents who are pregnant and/or are parenting infants or young children are eligible. This is a collaboratiove project with several other Brooklyn community-based organizations that participate in the Brooklyn Task Force on Infant & Maternal Mortality & Family Health.
